1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Request: You must request a return within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Personalized or Custom Products: Items that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales.pretoria@lasport.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase and any return authorization provided by our customer service team.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund a 10% cancelation fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges; all returns must be processed as refunds.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales.pretoria@lasport.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
