1. Shipping Destinations

LA Sport Pretoria currently ships to addresses within South Africa. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.
  • Order Fulfillment: Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping throughout South Africa. The cost of standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery address.
  • Express Shipping: For quicker delivery, express shipping options are available at an additional cost. Select your preferred shipping method during checkout to see the available options and associated costs.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Generally takes 1-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the delivery location. You will see the shipping costs before completing your purchase at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our courier’s website.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas may experience longer shipping times. If your delivery address is in a remote location, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team at  sales.pretoria@lasport.co.za We will work with our courier partner to locate your package.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales.pretoria@lasport.co.za with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. LA Sport Pretoria is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
